9am - 1pm
FROSH KIT PICK UP @Bethune College 202
  • First Event of the 9 day long fiesta! Pick up your Frosh Kits & start your university journey.
CLUB FAIR @Norman Bethune Building
  • Students will be given the opportunity to check out some of the clubs we offer at Bethune.
​​SPEED FRIENDING @Bethune Patio
  • What better way to make friends at University? Speed Friending consists of mini games and questions which guarantees at least 10 friends per round.
MOVE IN @Bethune Residence
  • To make your move in as smooth as possible for you students in residence, Leaders will be waiting at the res doors to help you move in. 
1pm - 3 pm
LUNCH @Bethune Patio
  • It’s time for a Bethune feast y'all. Massive BBQ at the Bethune Patio. And don’t worry we have something for you!​
FROSH WEEK SURVIVAL GUIDE @Bethune JCR
  • Debrief for everyone staying over for the week, also hacks for buses to and from York as well as York University lifestyle as a whole!

OPENING CEREMONIES @Vari Hall A
  • Introducing y'all to the 9 days and going over rules for the week.
RES ORIENTATION @Bethune Residence
  • Mandatory orientation for all the students living in residence for the year.
6pm - 8pm
PUMP UP @Bethune JCR/Patio
  • No better way to stand out other than decorating your kit and your shirts. BE UNIQUE. STAND OUT.
8pm - 1am
CALUMET PARTY @Calumet College
  • FIRST PARTY OF THE WEEK LETS GOOO! Our neighbors Calumet will be throwing a banger in their field!
DAY TWO
10am – 5pm
​BETHUNE vs. DOWNTOWN ​@Downtown Toronto
  • Head downtown with the team to learn more about our city through our amazing scavenger hunt and other fun activities around our cities core
5pm – 7pm
CHILLING AT BASE @ Bethune Patio
  • Chill times on the patio
7pm – 8pm
PUMP UP @Bethune Patio
  • Get your pump on with our leaders in cheers, and ready for OUR VERY OWN BETHUNE PATIO Party and Carnival!
8pm – 1am
BETHUNE PATIO PARTY @Bethune Terrace
  • Concert style party hosted by Bethune College.
BETHUNE CARNIVAL @Bethune Patio
  • The patio will have some carnival games and arcade games. There will also be FREE ice cream, cotton candy and popcorn if you're feeling a little hungry. Freshen up with drinks to cool off from all the fun time you’ll be having.

DAY THREE 
10am - 4pm
GLENDON CARNIVAL @
Glendon Campus
  • Students will be driven up to Glendon for a huge carnival around the whole campus! Transportation will be provided and you can purchase food from any of their many food trucks at the event. The carnival has a wide variety of activities from very intense sports and inflatable obstacle courses to a lazy river and arcade games!

CHILLING AT BASE @ Bethune Patio
  • Chill times on the patio.
5pm - 6pm
MINI PARTY GAMES @ Bethune Patio
  • Come test your party skills with these mini game challenges!
6pm - 7pm
PUMP UP @Bethune JCR/Patio

FOUNDERS' DOUBLE QUAD PARTY @Founders College
  • Concert style party hosted by Founders College in their Quad
WINTERS' NUIT BLANCHE @Winters College
  • Karaoke, Art shows, Painting and many more artistic activities!​
DAY FOUR
10am - 12pm
EARLY BIRD SWIM @ Tait Mckenzie Pool
  • Come out for a swim in our York University pool and check out our facilities

CHILLING AT BASE @ Bethune Patio
  • Chill times on the patio
1pm - 7 pm
​YORK ORIENTATION DAY @Tait McKenzie
  • The biggest event of the week, with every student coming into York at this one location. ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY!! SEE Y'ALL THERE!
8pm - 11pm
LASSONDE LOUNGE NIGHT ​@Bergeron Centre
  • ​Chill night before school starts with our fellow engineers and business students.

DAY FIVE
1pm – 3pm
TOO SCHOOL FOR COOL @Bethune Patio
  • Time allocated for students that have classes to be guided by leaders if assistance is required.
2pm – 3pm
Health ED @Bethune 320
  • A seminar will be given to the students about health related topics and culture around York University
3pm – 4pm
Sweet and Salsa Snack Bar @Bethune Patio
  • Salsa and chips in the patio. Those who want their chips with the dip will be accounted for.

CHILLING AT BASE @ Bethune Patio
  • Chill times on the patio
5pm – 7pm
TECHNICOLOUR SHOWDOWN @ Football Practice Field
  • Join us on a COLOUR RUN-- an obstacle course with powdered paint! This event is super fun and it is a great way to join your friends painting yourselves and getting fit!

WET & WILD @ Bethune Patio
  • Huge waterfight to get all the powdered paint off of us! 
9pm – 12am
PYJAMA BOARD GAME AND MOVIE NIGHT @Bethune 112
  • Students will have the opportunity to watch movies under the stars in collaboration with our pyjama themed night and enjoy a night of relaxation and fun.
DAY SIX

BREAKFAST W/ STONG @Bethune Patio
  • Bagels will be provided with toppings for students
11am - 3pm
TOO SCHOOL FOR COOL @Campus Walk
  • Time allocated for students that have classes to be guided by leaders if assistance is required
3pm - 6pm
ATHLETIC SHOWDOWN @Tait McKenzie
  • Students will have the opportunity to try out a bunch of different intramural sports that will be offered throughout the year with students
ACADEMIC SHOWDOWN @Bethune JCR
  • We will be hosting a academic showdown with trivia styled questions in our Bethune JCR with students 
4pm – 8pm
SPIRIT RALLY @Bethune Patio
  • Students will be lead by the leaders in a pep rally to get ready and get hyped for the LIONS YU game.​
8pm - 10pm
LIONS YU GAME @Alumni Field
  • We will be heading to the alumni field to watch our Mens Lions Soccer team play. Food trucks will be there in case you would like to purchase food.
10pm - 12am
BAETHUNE’S GOT TALENT @Bethune JCR
  • Come out and show off or support your fellow dragons in showing their talent in our talent show!​

DAY SEVEN
9am - 11am
BREAKFAST @

  • Most important meal of the day, we want you to be energized for your second day of school
11am - 3pm
TOO SCHOOL FOR COOL @Campus Walk
  • LOST ON CAMPUS? DON’T KNOW WHERE YOUR CLASSES ARE? Well say no more, our leader will personally escort you to your class so you aren’t late!

WHO LET THE DOGS OUT? @Bethune JCR
  • Dogs will be coming into the JCR for all of y’all to play with and enjoy their company. Relax from all the other major events that will be taking place throughout the week.
3pm-5pm
ICE ICE BABY / BROOMBALL @Canlan Ice Sports
  • Show off your skating skills or just skate leisurely all on you! And if you can’t skate we have broomball running on the side which requires 0 skating skills! (BRING YOUR OWN SKATES! Limited skates available for rent)​
6pm - 7pm
CONDOM OLYMPICS @Bethune Patio
  • Health education related games and activities! 
7pm - 8pm
PUMP UP @Bethune Patio
  • Get your pump on with our leaders in cheers and music.
8pm - 1am
STONG PIT PARTY @Stong College
Concert styled party in the Stong pit
DAY EIGHT
10am – 4pm
BETHUNE TAKES WASAGA @ Wasaga Beach 
  • Students will be driven up to Wasaga for a fun a day at the beach where they can go swimming, tanning, etc. Transportation will beprovided and you can purchase food at the beach as well. Don’t forget your sunscreen!!

CHILLING AT BASE @ Bethune Patio
  • Chill times on the patio
6pm – 9pm
PATIO BBQ @Bethune Patio
Students will enjoy some free BBQ while mingling with their peers.
9pm – 1am

 SAMEDI GRAS @Bethune Patio
  • Huge Mardi (Tuesday) Gras themed party on a Samedi (Saturday) with our neighbours at Calumet College!! 

DAY NINE 
1pm - 3pm
CLOSING CEREMONIES @CLH I
  • Ending off just as we started, we will be having our closing ceremonies to give some last words and have a final opportunity to end the week off right. We will also be having an auction where you will be able to exchange your frosh bucks (more information on these once the week starts) for prizes!
3pm - 4pm
DRIPIN IN FINESSE CRUISE RED CARPET @Bethune Patio
  • Show off your Formal Wear prior to heading down to the Boat Cruise. Our top photographers will be on duty making sure yo catch your every move as you are heading down the red carpet
5pm - 1am
BOAT CRUISE @Downtown Toronto, Lakeshore
  • Final event of the week. Come out in your formal attire and join us on a cruise. Beautiful view of the gorgeous Toronto skyline and you will have the opportunity to purchase food if needed.
