After three years, we are bringing back Bethune College's Annual Blue Mountain Trip! Scheduled for February 22-24, we hope this trip will allow our constituents to not only relax and enjoy the slopes, but also make long lasting memories. Therefore, the vibes will be absolutely immaculate!
INFORMATION
For our Bethune College Blue Mountain Trip we will all be bussing together from Bethune to Blue Mountain, Blue Mountain Ski Resort, on the 22nd and then returning on the busses on the 24th.
Risk Waiver and Roommate Request Form
Risk Waiver: In addition to purchasing a ticket from the Bethune Website, those who wish to attend MUST complete and submit a risk waiver. This risk waiver will be sent out to those who have purchased their ticket. Completion of this waiver is MANDATORY in order to attend our event. If this is not signed, your ticket will be cancelled, with no refund
Rooming and Roommate Request Form: There is going to be a group of 4 people in each room. Completing This form is optional, but is highly suggested so that you are placed with roommates of your choice.
Ski Rentals: Those requiring rentals can fill out their rental waiver ahead of time to speed up the process at Blue Mountain. (Just a reminder that BCC is NOT paying for ski rentals, only a one-day lift ticket).
*A piece of legal photo ID is required for Rentals. A Legal guardian must sign the informed consent permission form for anyone under the age of 18 prior to arrival. It is suggested that you pick up your rental equipment prior to 10:00am. Equipment cannot be guaranteed.

*Helmet Policy: Helmets are mandatory for Youth (17 & under) who are renting ski/snowboard equipment. If exemption to this rule is required for religious or other reasons, please have the attached Helmet Use Acknowledgement Form signed by the Youth’s parent prior to arrival.

ONLY 110 tickets are available so make sure you buy your ticket on time
Ticket sales open as follows:
1. Bethune Current Students - January 25 at 10:00 AM
2. Bethune Alumni - January 27 at 10:00 AM
3. Non-Bethune and Non-York - January 29 at 10:00 AM
Ticket prices are as follows:
Bethune Current Students: $160
Bethune Alumni: $175
Non-Bethune Students: $190
Non-York Students: $230
Please Note:
*First priority goes to all Bethune Current Students. Second priority goes to Bethune Alumni. Third priority goes to Non-Bethune Students and Non-York Students.
*Non-Bethune refers to all current constituents of York University who are not affiliated with Bethune. We are not accepting alumni from other colleges.
*Non-York refers to students who are not registered at York University. These tickets must be purchased with a "sponsor", i.e someone who is a Bethune Current Student who is also attending this trip. For this ticket type, the Non-York student who wishes to attend must provide the **full name & student number** of their sponsor, as we will double check that their sponsor is in fact a Bethune Current Student attending the trip.
*A Bethune Current Student can only sponsor ONE Non-York student for this trip. The Non-York student who wishes to attend must be 18+. We will be vetting all Non-York persons who attend, and their ticket may be cancelled if they do not meet our requirements.
