Tickets include:
- Four-course dinner
- 4 drink tickets (19+)
- Optional transportation to and from the venue
- Photobooth pictures
Ticket sales start on Wednesday March 4th at 12 PM.
Ticket sales close on Friday March 13th at 12 PM or when tickets sell out, whichever occurs first.
Mark your calendars and set your alarms, tickets will sell out fast!
NOTE: All tickets are sold on a first-come first-serve basis! We do not reserve tickets for any specific group.
NOTE: Please review ALL the information below and ask any questions before buying as ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. There are NO REFUNDS and tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is a limit of one ticket per person AND a limit of one ticket per order transaction. You CANNOT purchase a ticket for someone else.
If you are purchasing a ticket that is "Bethune/Lassonde Alumni," "Non-Bethune/Non-Lassonde," or "Non-York," you must be sponsored by a CURRENT BETHUNE/LASSONDE STUDENT WHO IS ALSO ATTENDING FORMAL. Please find a sponsor BEFORE you purchase a ticket as you will need to include your sponsor's details (full name and student number) in order to purchase a ticket.
There is a limit of ONE PERSON PER SPONSOR, meaning if you are a current Bethune/Lassonde student you can only sponsor ONE person.
If you are a non-York student, please write 123456789 as your own student number.

Current Bethune/Lassonde Students and Bethune/Lassonde Alumni: $55
Non-Bethune/Non-Lassonde, York Students: $65
Non-York: $75

RISK WAIVER FORM
In order to attend this event, you must fully sign and submit the appropriate Risk Waiver based on your age. The risk waiver takes no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
Please complete this form in full and submit no later than March 13th 2025 at 12 PM. Failure to do so may force us to cancel your ticket, with no refund!
SEATING REQUEST FORM
Please have one individual from your table fill the Group Seating Request form no later than March 13th 2025 at 12 PM. No exceptions or changes can be made past this deadline. Note that it is 10 people per table. If you are filling out the form as a group with less than 10 please note that you will be put at a table with other individual(s). The form is open for anyone to edit, but please do not delete other tables/groups submitted. Also, do not edit any names highlighted in green - if you have any changes to make to these tables, contact bethunesocial@gmail.com. If any changes/confirmations need to be made about your table, an email will be sent out to your designated table contact.
