Bethune College is the home of Faculty of Science and Lassonde School of Engineering students at York University. Our frosh week is open to all incoming first year students who want to join our community and experience the week-long celebration that kick starts first year students' university journeys.

Frosh kits give you access to all events throughout Frosh week! Along with all the fun events we have planned for you, you'll also be given a Wristband, T-Shirt, Drawstring Bag, Lanyard, Hat, Water Bottle, Bandana, and Keychain!

Want to be part of Frosh Week but can't commit to purchasing the full it? We've got you covered! Charity kits give you access to select Frosh Week events throughout the week so you can still join the fun, meet new people, experience the energy of the week, while also donating to charity! Along with access to specific events throughout the week, you'll also get a t-shirt! Fill out the google form and donate $1 CAD or more to the Toronto Zoo to get the charity kit (further instructions and information, terms, and conditions can be found on the google form). Charity kits are available on a first come first serve basis, with only 50 kits available!

Purchasing a frosh kit gives you access to all events on our schedule! Besides Academic Orientation, which is mandatory, you can choose to attend as many events that you are interested in!

You can pick up your kit in person, on Sunday August 24th at 1PM-4PM at Bethune College (170 Campus Walk, North York, ON, M3J 1P3). When purchasing a ticket for Frosh week on our website, your order, which has all your important information (Name, Student Number, and Email) helps us verify your purchase during kit pickup. If you cannot pick up your kit on the first day, you are still able to pick it up during the week! You can show up to Bethune and one of our team members can help direct you to pick up your kit.

Light breakfast items will be provided during the scheduled breakfast times in the schedule (August 25th - August 30th). Pizza will also be provided during Pizza and Pump Up events happening on August 25th and August 29th. Food will also be provided during Formal on August 31st. Other than these specified events, you will be responsible for your own food. Feel free to pack snacks and food with you when you come to Frosh, and/or bring money to purchase food on campus!
