Frosh Captains
Captains are the core leaders of each assigned team, helping drive energy, organization, and team success throughout Orientation Week. These individuals work closely with the Orientation Chairs and Bethune College Council to help organize and execute Frosh Week events.
Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible, dedicated, and highly organized with strong leadership skills.

Enthusiastic, engaging, and approachable with effective communication skills.

Inspiring mentors who empower leaders while fostering team unity.

Dependable problem-solvers who perform efficiently under pressure.

Available all days of Frosh Week and various days throughout the summer.

Have at least one year of leader experience.
Frosh First Aid Head
First Aid Heads are responsible for ensuring the first aid requirements are met for all events throughout the week. These individuals will oversee a first aid team of leaders.
Roles and Responsibilities

CPR and First Aid certified.

Responsible, composed, and dependable.

Work well under pressure and in emergency situations.

Strong communicators dedicated to maintaining safe and effective protocols.

Willing to schedule and lead a team of First Aid certified Leaders.

Ensure there are always enough First Aid Leaders present at all events throughout the week.

Available all days of Frosh Week and various days throughout the summer
Frosh Leaders
Leaders are welcoming, enthusiastic, and dedicated mentors who help create an unforgettable Frosh Week experience. They are the first faces most first years will see and interact with, playing an important role in fostering belonging, school spirit, and a positive transition into the Bethune community. These individuals are passionate about creating meaningful memories and committed to the Bethune Leader role for Frosh Week
