Promotions Director(s)

• Be responsible for the promotion and advertisement of all BCC programming

• Ensure media is produced for all BCC events as requested by the event organizer. A minimum of one week notice shall be required for any promotional material to be digitally posted for the BCC

• Be responsible for updating the BCC website, Instagram, and any other social media platforms deemed necessary by the BCC

• Hire, train, and manage the Bethune Promotions and Advertising Committee members

• Produce merchandise for constituents and council in conjunction with the Vice-President Finance
